7 steps to Help yourselves change your dreams into reality



 Self Help is what you need

What is the sharp end of having all these dreams if you can’t turn them into reality?

You hoping secretly that  somebody comes from somewhere to us and brings a change in you.

Self Help is what you need,If you can’t be motivated to do something about your dreams, why should anybody help you out?

At the end of your life one of the biggest regrets you would have is not going for the sleeping vision life you saw for yourself "what if I had vision then."

Well, the serviceable information is that fabrication
 of your dreams come much easier than you think.

The biggest resistance you mostly would surface is taking that at the head first step

Once you have done that, things become much easier.

    Negative thoughts, I like to classify them in three kinds:

    Meditation is very power full self help tool.All you gotta do is sit in a quiet place (if possible) and just focus on your breath
    Feel yourself inhaling and exhaling and the comfort at nose and between your eyes.


    • Exercise


    Exercise keeps you healthy ,happy,fit.
